Print Setup for Page Ranges

In the Print Setup, when printing a report, you have the option to print all pages or specific page ranges. This option is helpful when printing a lengthy report and you only need one page.

EXAMPLE: Your printer faulted, when printing a 20-page P&L report, on page 18. All you have to do now is on your print setup filter select print, then page range and in the ‘From’ box put in 18 and the ‘To’ box put 20 (since page 1 – 17 printed OK). Only page 18 – 20 of your P&L will now print.
